Separate owner observation, seller claim, catalogue reference, measured evidence and confirmed physical fitment. A confident caption does not upgrade weak evidence.
Prepare a safe public listing
Use broad location, owner-approved photos and a protected message path. Remove full VINs, addresses, phone numbers, receipts with personal details and anything that reveals the exact garage location.
Keep failed outcomes
Record what vehicle was tried, which measurements matched, where it failed and whether the part was returned, adapted or kept. A failed fit can prevent another buyer repeating the same mistake.
Keep the transaction outside the evidence
